The Novgorod Centre for Contemporary Art includes the City Exhibition Centre and the Novgorod House of Photography. In total there are 5 exhibition halls with modern exhibition equipment and lighting in NCCI.

On the way to Old Rusa we meet an unusual architectural monument of the XV century - Holy Trinity Michael-Clops Monastery. The main attraction of the monastery is the Holy Trinity Cathedral, founded in 1569. It has a complex composition with four exterior aisles, gallery and bell tower.

Interactive museum-reconstruction of a medieval manor of the XII century, located in the open air. The museum is unique as it was designed based on archaeological research and shows exactly how peasant life was arranged.
The museum also features an exhibition of artifacts found in the city of Old Russa and a unique collection of salt from around the world.
It's closed on Monday.

For lunch we will stop at a cozy cafe with a panoramic view of the central city square. Here you will find a pleasant atmosphere and a varied menu of European and Japanese cuisine.

Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky first visited Old Russia in the 1870s, and at first he did not like it. However, on subsequent trips here, he was able to sincerely love this place and even bought a house here.
The writer always wanted to have a "family nest" and fulfilled his dream in Old Russe. By the way, in this city F.M. Dostoevsky completed his novel "The Devils" and "The Brothers Karamazov. It was the Old Rusa that served as the prototype of Skotoprigonjevsk.

In the evening you can walk around the Market Square and look at one of the main attractions of Old Russia - Water Tower, which appeared in the city in the early XX century.
