    Day three begins with one of Cumbria's most important castles, Carlisle Castle. On the way to Newcastle, there is a stop to make. The Roman Emperor Hadrian had a wall built over 100 kilometres long, the remains of which can now be visited on the side of the road. Near Newcastle, Alnwick Castle is one of the most beautiful castles on the route. Are you a Harry Potter fan? Then you can't miss it because many scenes were filmed here. Finally, a short stop in the village of Amble with its small harbour.
