I'm an avid traveler who loves finding unique places to visit in my city, state, region, and beyond. My first overseas trip was to France and Belgium when I was 11. I spent extended time in Europe while I was in college. I am very food-driven in my travels and love finding the best eats and treats, and almost always hit up a brewery when I'm in a new city!
Hi, I'm Anantika. As a travel blogger, I love to explore new places and share my experiences with others. When I first started traveling, I didn't know what to expect from the experience. I was nervous about the logistics of planning and executing a trip, but also excited about getting off the beaten path and meeting new people. As a newbie, I found it difficult to find information that would help me plan my trip: how much will it cost? What do I need to pack? Do I need a visa? I decided to start blogging about my travels as a way of sharing with others what they could expect when they travel — both good and bad experiences — so they could make informed decisions about their own trips. Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to visit many amazing places around the world. Through my blog, I want to bring these experiences to everyone who wishes to travel. I love nothing more than meeting new people and exploring new cultures. I believe that travel is the best way to meet people from other places and learn about their culture. My goal is simple: To help you find your own adventure! When I say I love to travel, I don't mean "love" in the way that people say they love something and actually mean they like it a lot—I mean that I truly love traveling. It's not just a hobby or an interest of mine, but an essential part of my life. When I'm on the road, there's nothing else in the world but me and the place that I'm exploring. There's no need for a phone call or text message to distract me from what's happening right then and there, and I can just take in what's around me without worrying about anything else. I started this blog as a way to share what I've learned about traveling and also just to help people who are interested in traveling but don't know where to start. If you're interested in learning more about where I've been and what I did when I got there, check out my blog!
Hey there! My name is Stacey Wittig, aka UNSTOPPABLE Stacey. I’m called “UNSTOPPABLE Stacey” because I don’t let age, gender or family stop me from traveling. You see, my hubby prefers not to travel, so I typically go solo. A little-known fact about me is that I once beat Mario Andretti on the race track. Even got a mention in Sports Illustrated as "the lady driver."
I have traveled (solo!) throughout the United States (including Alaska and Hawai'i), Europe, Central America, and South/Southeast Asia. I lived in Central Europe while I was a Fulbright Fellow and lived and worked throughout Western Europe! I have lived on every coast in the United States and have traveled to each state at least once.
Since I was a child, my dream has been to know other places, other people, other lifestyles. I remember I used to say that I would be an international stewardess when I grew up and so I would travel around the world flying from one place to another. But when I grew up and realized that I wouldn't be tall enough to be an international stewardess I tried to find other ways to travel and, ever since then, I haven't stopped.... By boat, plane, train, bus, car, motorhome.... Every way of traveling has its charm and always gladdens my soul. I love to walk, explore, study and learn the secrets of each place. I don't stay only with the popular places of general interest, but I seek and ask what local people recommend to do or see. That's how I have met surprisingly unusual places and extraordinary people. There are many ways to be enriched, for me the greatest richness is the experience that each trip gives, the memories of what has been lived, the feeling of discovering something new, different from everything we know. This is my way of enjoying life...
I am an avid traveller and I am always excited to see new places. I feel changed with every new place if it's even a tiny neighbourhood. I have been travelling for a decade now and not planning to stop soon. There are many places to see here on Earth before considering a trip to Mars.
Hi, there! I'm Valentina who enjoys doing three things - reading, writing, and traveling. I love discovering new places and helping people find the most interesting sights.
I have been in more than 50 countries. I am a journalist, travel blogger, editor, and social geography. I specialized in travel journalism and wrote for several mass media, online and printed: Traveler, the magazine of National Geographic for Latin America; Magazine Marriott Traveler; Trivago Spain; Scanner Editorial; Todo para viajar; Best Day México, etc. Also, I write in my travel blog (with more than 12 years online) and in 2014 I wrote and self-published my first travel book called “Magic is Travel”. I participate in several blogtrips, including some through Italy, South Africa, Uruguay, Argentina and Portugal. I was a speaker at a TEDx talk in the Argentinian city of Corrientes and at other travelling events in Spanish. I love travel alone and with my family. I think is the best way to learn.
I'm a content creator, documentary filmmaker, podcaster and a traveller. I love exploring new places, meeting people from all cultures and experiencing more of the wonders on this Earth. I've lived in 4 countries, visited over 30 cities and speak 3 languages. During some of my travels, I've created video content for various organisations and NGOs, including a short documentary about an animal rescuer centre in Cuzco, Peru which screened at international film festivals and has won two awards. (https://vimeo.com/235530374) I love capturing moments and telling stories through film that are different and inspiring.
As I grew up in USA, I learned about road trips at an early age. I have family throughout the country. So, we would go on road trips at least once a year. My passion became new adventures. With that, nature and animals were high up on my interest list. I grew up in South Dakota, but I had also lived in Colorado, Florida, California, and random places on the roads since I hitch hiked for over a year on the west coast. I've visited 42 states and plan on visiting them all! My life expanded once I met a swede. That’s when my travels started to bring me to other countries. Nowadays, I have lived in Sweden for 5 years and my family and I travel to great nature spots along with traveling to other countries. If there’s a hike or a beautiful nature spot, then we want to check it out. I have written for Inspiring lives magazine as a travel expert, experienced Traverse Journeys tour and wrote about it, and I spoke on TIMA about outdoor adventures in Sweden. Recently, at TBEX Marbella, I was interviewed with Travelpayouts. Regarding work, I've had a plethora of jobs from waiting on tables to being a manager of a local business and a farmer. Now, I have a travel blog that's dedicated to Sweden and its wonderful nature. As of now, I have a 1 year old, my hubby, and my mom that venture with me to new places! When I'm not traveling, I'm studying at a University, where I'm working on a degree to become an English teacher. Since I have traveled a lot, I'm a travel expert and love going on road trips to new places with my family in tow.
