    Walks around Baikal

Today's day will be dedicated to walks around Baikal. The trip will start with a cable car ride up to the top of the Chersky Stone Mountain, from where a magnificent view of the Angara River source and the Shaman Stone will open up. The walk will continue in Dendrologichesky park - the corner of silence and pacification. And the day will end in a cozy restaurant, where the freshest fish dishes are served.

    Cableway

The ropeway in Listvyanka leads to the summit of Chersky's Stone mountain, named after the famous geographer, who studied Siberia. Be sure to climb up - it offers a delightful panoramic view of Baikal, the source of Angara river and the mysterious Shaman Stone, the symbol of Baikal. At the top there is a place to have a snack and a cup of tea. Keep in mind that it can be chilly and windy here, so a jacket won't be out of place at all.
The cable car starts working at 10 a.m. and finishes at 8 p.m. On Mondays it runs from 12:00 to 20:00. In addition, every first Monday of the month is a preventive maintenance, so the cable car only opens at 16.00.

Gazebo On the shore of Lake Baikal

The observation deck, surrounded by centuries-old conifers, offers another fantastic view of the lake. It's a great place to take a leisurely stroll, take a few photos, or just stare at the water surface with the boats sailing over it, thinking about something.
