Cultural life of Suzdal and Kovrov

The third day of the trip begins with the acquaintance of Suzdal. Visit one of the main attractions of the city - Suzdal Kremlin, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is home to the Nativity Cathedral, the Bishopric Chambers, the Church of St. Nicholas, the Church of the Assumption and museum exhibitions.
The Kremlin's territory starts at 9 a.m. and the expositions open at 10 a.m.

Visit the Museum of Wooden Architecture and Peasant Life. Go back in time and you'll see how and what the locals lived. On the territory of the museum there are 2 churches of the XVIII century with a chapel, a mill, farm buildings, peasant houses with recreated interior, in which you can see a stove, benches, various pots, a samovar, spoons, earthenware and many other items. The museum awaits you daily from 10am to 5pm.

There's a gas station coming up. If you are tired, make a comfortable stop - come for a coffee!

For lunch, go to a cozy cafe. The menu includes dishes of European cuisine: cold and hot appetizers, hot dishes, salads, soup, pasta, ice cream, a fairly large selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

In Kovrov you will visit the Historical and Memorial Museum, where you will learn about the history of the city of Kovrov, see many archaeological finds, ancient objects, photographs, an exhibition dedicated to the wars, and there are also several exhibitions. On the museum website you can sign up for a tour. The museum is waiting for you on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10.00 to 17.00; on Thursdays from 12:00 to 19:00; on weekends from 11:00 to 5:00 pm. Monday is the day off.

Dinner is served in a restaurant with very beautiful interior and mouth-watering Mediterranean cuisine. Salads, appetizers, hot dishes, desserts - everyone can find dishes to their liking here!
