A day in Alexandrov and Yuriev-Polsky

Have breakfast at the hotel, ask for breakfast so early.

In the morning, go to the city of Alexandrov early. The first point of acquaintance with the city will be the Alexandrov Kremlin, dating back to the XVI century. The residence of Ivan the Terrible was located here. Now on the territory you can visit the museum, as well as the Assumption Monastery. There are several expositions, such as: The State Yard, the House Temple of Ivan the Terrible, the Royal Family, the Dining Room of the XVI century, the image of Ivan the Terrible in the works of painting, the bedside sensor, medieval cellars of the XVI century, the fortress, the treasures of Alexandrovskaya land.
On site you can order a tour or buy tickets online for the desired exhibition.
The museum is open to you from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am.

Visit the XIX century estate of merchant Pervushin, an architectural monument. You will get acquainted with the history of family life, see the interior decoration, visit several rooms: entrance hall, reception, living room, dining room, hall. It will be very interesting and informative!
You can sign up for the tour by phone or on site.
Museum opening hours are from 10 to 17. Weekends: Monday and Tuesday.

Lunch will take place in a cafe with unique Russian-style interiors. The menu offers a wide choice of snacks, salads, soups, hot dishes, burgers, pizza.

Go to Yuriev Polsky and visit the Mikhailo-Arkhangelsky Monastery, whose preserved buildings date back to the XVII-XVIII centuries. Here you will see the Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel, the Znamenskaya Refectory Church, the Church of John the Theologian, the chapel and bell tower, the wooden Church of St. George the Victorious from the village of Yegorye.

The museum is open on Mondays from 09:00 to 14:30, Wednesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00.
