Medieval ruins

The kirche was built from the remains of the castle that stood on the site. The building towers over the adjacent playground and the mud-covered pond that was once the castle pond. If you walk around the building, you can find old, moss-covered tombstones with inscriptions in German.

Nesselbek is an entertainment complex located in the village of Orlovka. It is built of red brick, stylized as medieval castles.

The fort is the largest defensive structure, is shaped like an elongated hexagon measuring 360 by 180 meters and is surrounded by a dry moat.
The two-story central structure once housed barracks, infirmary, kitchen, canteen, stores of ammunition, food, equipment and fuel, guardhouse, boiler room, workshops and auxiliary facilities.
The fort is beautifully preserved and open to the public. Do not forget comfortable shoes.

Fort #5 is "hidden" in a small forest, a stone's throw from the old highway to Svetlogorsk.
The time of construction of the fort - the end of the XIX century. It is a hexagonal structure of concrete and brick. It is surrounded by a moat with water. There are trenches for artillery pieces in the rampart.
During the Soviet times a memorial complex was built here, and a museum was opened in the fortress casemates.
