Sanctuary of Christ the King
The statue of Christ the King is interesting in its architecture. Its height is 113 meters above the level of the Tagus River, which makes it possible to view Lisbon and the river itself from the site at the foot of the monument, as well as from the observation deck at the top, where you can get on a special lift.
The creation of the statue was approved at the Bishopate's Portuguese Conference held in Fatima on April 20, 1940. The building was built between 1949 and 1959, with popular donations, especially from women who believed that God had prevented Portugal from taking part in World War II and saved their husbands, sons and brothers from imminent death.

Espadarte
Head chef of this restaurant, located on the border of the Arrábida National Park, probably wants to modernize and experiment, but all the menu options, from starters to desserts keep the traditions. It is a must to try seafood, codfish and any dessert of your choice. You won't regret having lunch at this fantastic place.

Arrábida Natural Park
The nature park is worth a visit not only because of the beauty of its nature, but also because of the variety of activities that can be found in the park. Firstly, there are two beaches that are popular with locals as well as residents of other regions of the country. There are a lot of companies that offer diving and mountain climbing services, and for lovers of speleology - descent to the caves.
There are many unique Mediterranean and evergreen plants and about 213 species of various vertebrates, which make up the richness of this area and are the reason why the Arrábida Park is recognized as a unique international and scientific relic.
If you love nature, you can come here for the whole day!

Doca Real
We offer you dinner in a small restaurant located near the church Nossa Senhora de Fatima, where national cuisine is presented in various combinations of the freshest ingredients. In addition, the quality and prices are perfectly correlated, and the staff is friendly and responsive.
When planning your leisure time, remember that the restaurant is closed on Mondays, and on the rest of the days is open from 9.30 with a siesta break. Thus, from 9.30 to 15.30 and from 18.00 to 23.00 from Tuesday to Sunday you can enjoy the local cuisine of a small restaurant in Almada.

Pestana Cidadela Cascais - Pousada & Art District
After a few days of staying near romantic picturesque views of the Cascais marina, I do not want to remember that soon to leave somewhere. The good news, however, is that you'll have to go to a hotel in the equally beautiful historical town of Sintra.
