    Plaza del Parterre

This beautiful square is surrounded by arcades and stands on the site of a former Muslim cemetery. There are plenty of tables to have a drink and sit and soak up the charming atmosphere.
On the square there is the church of Santa Maria, built on the site of a former mosque. On its side there is a pretty Andalusian style garden with the statue of the Mojaquera, a symbol of the town.

    Los Muertos Beach

Now it's time to go down to the beach along the cliff. The path is not difficult, but be careful if you have a beach chair or a backpack to spend some time on the beach. It normally takes about 20 minutes to walk down and almost half an hour to walk back up.
From April to October, you will probably be able to swim in the clear water without any problems, as the temperatures are warm. The rest of the year you have to sit and sunbathe or contemplate the surroundings sitting on the soft sand.
In the sea you can spot small fish, so you will see many people snorkeling. Enjoy!
