Let's take a little exercise and walk around Cargapolia. Here we will stop at the Church of the Intercession and visit the landscape park.
The Church of the Intercession was founded in 1821. In the Soviet years, the church was not in operation. And it was reopened in the 2000s.

The Kargapol landscape park is one of the best parks in the Kurgan region. There is a great variety of trees and shrubs, there is a small pond with an arch above it.
Before the landscape park on this place in the 90's an attempt to build a park for the 50th anniversary of Victory was made. But it stopped at the planting of pine trees and installation of an obelisk in memory of those who died in WWII. Now the alley and the obelisk are part of the landscape park.

To drive to the pond, you have to go back a little bit on the road you took to Upper Techa.
The pond is located near the village. This pond has an unusual dam. On its plum there is a waterfall 5 m high. It looks impressive even in winter, when there is little water in the pond.

From here we will move to St. Vvedensky Monastery. It is located in the village of Upper Techa.
There are two temples on its territory. The big and remarkable one is the temple of the Primordial Trinity. Unremarkable one-storey - the temple of Seraphim of Sarov.

On the outskirts of the Kurgan region on the bank of the river Sinara there is an unusual place, which was nicknamed Okhoninyi eyebrows. It's just a high steep cliff, which looks like eyebrows from above.
The cliff offers a panorama of the vast plain. In a small area, the cliff is eroded and the rock is exposed.
To get to the cliff, you need to leave the car on the outskirts of Nikitinsky and walk about 1.5 km on foot.

On Kamensk-Uralsky Cathedral Square there are several historical buildings. They are the Cathedral, Drama Theatre (in the XIX century - warehouses of Kamensky iron foundry) and Local History Museum (previously - the management of Kamensky plant).
There used to be a cast iron foundry on both sides of the Iset, which gave birth to the city. Now there's practically nothing left of it.
From the square you should go down to the pedestrian bridge over the Kamenka river. It offers a good view of the dam of Kamenka pond.
Previously, near the square was located Kamensky iron works, which gave rise to the city.

The main square of the Aluminers' Town. On the square at the multi-storey (Kamenskaya, 11) has a pocket where you can park.
In the town of aluminers you should walk along Kamenskaya Street. We go to a building with a five-storey tower. The street to the left of it is Kamenskaya Street.
Stalin's five-storey buildings will replace the typical two- or three-storey houses. We're walking down the middle of the street. There is a cozy alley with which you can admire the development.
After a block we turn right to Uralskaya Street and after passing one house we turn right again. It's a pretty nice quiet street.
After a block, we'll go out to the main street of the Aluminievaya district. There are quite interesting houses lined up along it. Turn right and we'll go back to Gorky Square.
Then we turn left, cross Bugarev Street and turn back to Kamenskaya Street. Now we get to know the other part of this street. Here it is built up with houses in the style of constructivism.
Such development in the whole block, limited by streets Kamenskaya, Isetskaya, Stroiteley and Aluminium. Let's go around the perimeter and get back to the car.

Great place in Kamensk-Uralsky. European, American, Chinese cuisine. There's karaoke.
