The Beauties of Old Homesteads

We decided to start the last day of our trip in a small cafe with a sweet name "Le Chocolat". We were very pleased with the stylish and original interior of the place in the European manner.
Here you can have a delicious meal for those who follow the figure. For example, we really liked the fruit salad with orange juice and homemade sorbet.

The Novgorod region, as well as the neighboring regions, is very rich in various cultural sites, and our first stop today will be the beautiful Chudovskaya Luka estate, which belonged to the great Russian writer N.A. Nekrasov.
Here the great poet rested from the bustle of the city, enjoying the beautiful landscapes and rural life and working on his works.
Monday is a day off.

Already in the Leningrad region we made our next stop at one of the most beautiful historical manors in the region - Maryino. Any visitor will be enchanted by the beauty of the local landscapes. Here and shaped bridges over small rivers, and incredible sculptures around the main building, and, of course, the blooming garden.

After a walk around the manor we headed to Tosno. Here we stopped at the cafe "Baffo" for lunch. In general, the place specializes in Italian cuisine, although there is also a Japanese menu. There is a huge selection of pizzas and rolls, but we liked the julienne and the chicken kebab.

And our unforgettable journey will end with a walk through one of the most beautiful places in the Leningrad region - the Gatchina Palace Park. A whole day is not enough to see all the beauty here, so we tried to see the most famous objects, including the palace itself, as well as the gardens, the orangery and the Chesmensky obelisk.

We went to the Nordic restaurant for dinner. The interior of the restaurant is very bright and spacious. The menu has a lot of non-standard dishes, for example, we remembered the venison tartar and the corn and shrimp soup. There is also a special playroom for children.
