The Casa d'Amore is the first building from the royal era, since during the reign of Ferdinand IV of Bourbon in the 18th century it was forbidden to construct permanent buildings as ordered by the local nobility. This building, located in Piazza Ferdinando IV, was built by the owner Francesco D'Amore in 1797 with the use of mortar, which would be the material with which the famous Trulli would be built in later times.

The Trullo Sovrano is one of the largest trulli in the town of Alberobello, located in Piazza Sacramento, originally a simple country trullo owned by the Perta family.
In the 19th century it became the seat of the Confraternity of the Holy Sacrament, which placed a painting of the Calvary of unknown origin at the entrance. It was declared a national monument in 1923 and has been a museum house since 1994.

The Church of St. Anthony of Padua is one of the most beautiful churches in Alberobello. Located in the Monti district, it was built by order of Don Antonio Lippolis in 1926 and was opened to the public on the feast of St. Anthony of Padua on 13 June 1927.
Don Antonio entrusted the construction to his fellow citizens, who decided to take inspiration from the style of the Trulli.
