This former nobleman's estate, located in the picturesque valley of the Sumy River, has a strange name "Comfort". Its first owners were Life Guard Colonel Ivan Albrecht. This estate was often visited by poet Lermontov, whose cousin Alexandra came here to rest and invited her cousin for quiet walks in the picturesque surroundings. Rumor has it that the estate is about to be reconstructed, so be sure to catch its pristine appearance!

More than one hundred years ago, the Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in the village of Hotněža, designed by the famous architect Nikonov. The temple experienced its heyday and all wars of the 20th century. At the moment the temple is closed and awaiting its revival.
