I was born and raised in Texas and I've been everywhere in the state there is to go (almost). I lived in New York City for over a decade and have traveled throughout Europe. I love to go off the beaten path and find those hidden jewels between cities. I'm a journalist and pop culture critic who has been on staff at Refinery29 and CBS Radio and written freelance for Esquire, Yahoo!, Wired, Salon, the A.V. Club and more. My love of music means I make all the necessary (and some unnecessary) playlists for every road trip.
Hi! I'm Chasity – a Chicago-based writer who loves traveling the world through the lens of wine. I've had the opportunity to visit a number of cool wine regions and I'm excited to add more stamps to my passport! I've written for Wine Enthusiast, Imbibe Magazine, Chicago Tribune, VinePair, Sweet July and many more! When I'm not jet setting, I take full advantage of living in one of the best cities in the world as much as possible. From spending time with my family to taking a stroll along the Lakefront or downtown, I am a Chicagoan through and through.
I'm a well-travelled, ex-travel agent Brit living in New Zealand dreaming about travelling and travelling some more.
I am a freelance travel writer and blogger based in South Africa. Travel ignites my passion and I would be permanently on the road if I could. My hobbies include taking the road less travelled and discovering fascinating places around the world. I have been to 47 countries thus far, and counting … but my favourite place is in the African bush, on safari.
I am a freelance travel journalist based in London. I've previously lived in Barcelona and Manila and am constantly travelling around the world discovering new restaurants and fun things to do. My husband is Norwegian and I speak the language myself, so we are often found exploring beautiful Norway.
I grew up around Detroit, MI, and previously covered art and culture for Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, where I wrote about Michigan-based artists, events, and art exhibitions. I lived in Paris for a summer to learn French and explore Europe. I then moved to New York for two years and worked in the fashion industry. I now move between Detroit and Montréal working as a full-time freelance writer. Michigan is always home to me, and I adore writing about all the unique places my state has to offer.
I'm a content creator, documentary filmmaker, podcaster and a traveller. I love exploring new places, meeting people from all cultures and experiencing more of the wonders on this Earth. I've lived in 4 countries, visited over 30 cities and speak 3 languages. During some of my travels, I've created video content for various organisations and NGOs, including a short documentary about an animal rescuer centre in Cuzco, Peru which screened at international film festivals and has won two awards. (https://vimeo.com/235530374) I love capturing moments and telling stories through film that are different and inspiring.
I'm an experienced travel writer specialising in green escapes and family-friendly getaways. All adventures start by stepping out your front door, which is why I'm busy exploring the best of South East England – Kent and Sussex – and the many cultural delights of London.
Adrienne Mahsa Varkiani is a journalist and writer currently based in Washington, D.C. She has lived in four countries, and traveled to many more. Hi, I'm Susi, a professional travel blogger/author and content creator from Germany. I love road trips, nature and the Great Outdoors and have been travel blogging at www.blackdotswhitespots.com since 2012. I have a preference for the small and local, for sustainable travel and unique travel experiences - abroad but also in my own backyard in Germany. I believe you don't have to travel far to have an adventure!
Hey there! My name is Stacey Wittig, aka UNSTOPPABLE Stacey. I’m called “UNSTOPPABLE Stacey” because I don’t let age, gender or family stop me from traveling. You see, my hubby prefers not to travel, so I typically go solo. A little-known fact about me is that I once beat Mario Andretti on the race track. Even got a mention in Sports Illustrated as "the lady driver."
