Drive to De Rijp for lunch. This place has a bar, lounge and aperitif area and a restaurant area. At Ernst they use healthy and regional products and serve tasty dishes. The chefs prepare the dishes in the open kitchen, which stimulates interaction with the guests. This reinforces the homely feeling and direct contact with each other in digital busy times.
