Greetings, human! I invite you on a journey to the north. I have never experienced moving around but you can do it, so rent a car, take a bus or a train and come visit the area around me for a short weekend getaway. Markermeer lake, museum, lighthouse and tasty food await!

This is my home! In the morning, come here to enjoy walking in the freshest air. This hamlet is located on several walking and cycling routes through the Dutch agricultural landscape, with cows and sheep, dikes, canals and ponds, protected bird meadows, overflow land behind the dikes and lovely old villages. A nice walk is the Dik Trompath, that is specially meant for children, named after the children's books by writer C. Joh. Kieviet.
