Any trip to Pennsylvania has to include a stop at the Amish Market. Lancaster, Pennsylvania is home to the largest Amish community in the United States, and as a result, there are Amish Markets throughout the state.
Get lunch at the Westtown Amish Market in West Chester.
The recipes here have been handed down by the Amish through the generations. You can also pick up some snacks you can take with you in case you get hungry later in the day. A lot of people rave about the fresh-baked pretzels in particular.
The market is only open Thursday through Saturday.
