The main attraction of the city of Kalyazin is the bell tower of St. Nicholas Cathedral, located on a small piece of land, in the middle of the reservoir. The bell tower was built at the very beginning of the XIX century. Earlier here was located the cathedral, but in the XX century part of the city was flooded and the cathedral had to be dismantled, and the bell tower managed to survive.

Lunch will be held in a small café near the reservoir. The menu includes salads, first and second courses, pastries.

The heart of the city of Uglich is the Kremlin. On its territory there is the Church of Tsarevich Dimitry "on the blood", the Epiphany Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Transfiguration, the palace chamber of the Uglich appanage princes, the building of the former City Duma, a museum-gallery of modern Orthodox art and painting.

Here you will dive into the world of hydropower and get a lot of new and informative information. You will learn about the history of hydropower, as well as about hydropower plants in Russia and in the world. There are a lot of interesting expositions in the museum!

Before dinner, you can stroll along the embankment along the Volga River, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the local scenery.

Dinner will be held in the cosy Myshelovka restaurant. The menu features Russian and European cuisine: salads, hot dishes, pasta, dumplings, desserts.
Also, visitors who are not driving can try local infusions here!
