The Genal Valley is located between the Serranía de Ronda and the Sierra de las Nieves, one hour and a half from Malaga.
The trip can be done all year round, but is better in autumn.

The trip starts in Malaga and it's a good idea to leave at 7:30. Remember to enjoy all the way to the first stop, which includes a viewpoint on the mountain's path. The outbound trip will be through mountain roads, and you will be able to stop at a beautiful viewpoint. The way back will be along the sea to appreciate the Mediterranean coast.
Bring comfortable clothes, hiking shoes and sun protection (sunglasses, hat and sunscreen).
It will be a great day when you will enjoy forests and mountains dotted with small villages.
