Diving into history

The first stop is Oreshek Fortress (Shlisselburg). Leave the car near the crossing. The only way to get to the fortress is by ferry.

The Old Russian fortress, founded in 1323, keeps a centuries-old history. It is necessary to visit together with excursion so it is possible to learn many interesting things. The fortress is open for visiting from May 1 to October 31.

Favourite place for many residents and guests in Schlisselburg. Delicious dishes, large portions, cozy atmosphere and beautifully arranged area.

The historical memorial, an object of cultural heritage, symbolizes the ring of blockade and the "Road of Life". The minimalistic monument sings a feat of courage and firmness of the defenders of the siege city. It is a very strong place of eternal memory!

One of the few remaining beacons of the old Ladoga. It has a centuries-old history: it was built in the early 20th century, during the siege of Leningrad was a "guiding star".

At the foot of the lighthouse there is a small but clean and cozy sandy beach. Here you can find activities for every taste: organize a photo shoot, swing on a specially equipped swing, play volleyball, enjoy nature, sunbathing and swimming (if the weather allows).

The "Road of Life" is the only way to connect the besieged Leningrad with the rest of the country. It's a legendary place. It is a modern and interesting museum that will not leave anyone indifferent.

After visiting the museum we go to the famous village Toksovo to finish the day there. The place is rich in its own attractions, such as the Kirch of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul - Lutheran Church, a cultural heritage site. On weekends, organ concerts are held there.

You can park your car near the Lutheran Church and walk to the restaurant to get acquainted with Toksovo. For dinner you will be offered a huge selection of dishes to suit all tastes, but many advise to try a delicious shish kebab - the business card of the restaurant. Payment only in cash.
