Bustarviejo, Torrelaguna, Buitrago de Lozoya and La Hiruela

This one-day itinerary proposes a visit to some villages such as Bustarviejo, Torrelaguna, La Hiruela and Buitrago de Lozoya to visit them and taste their mountain gastronomy (many establishments are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so it is suggested to avoid these days). This route can be done all year round, but keep in mind that in the winter months there may be snow and it gets dark early. If you want to add some hiking and make more use of daylight, it is best to do it in the spring and summer months.
