Platonowski is one of the oldest parks in the city, it was founded in the late 19th century. The park is named after the merchant Ignat Platonov, who bought the estate at the beginning of XX century and began to breed fish in the ponds for sale. For a long time, the park was an overgrown and wild space. But since 2016 the works on the improvement of Platonovsky Park have started. Now it is a pleasant, well-groomed place with cascading ponds, a fountain, a gazebo, beautiful bridges.

Tula Regional Art Museum was founded in 1919. The basis of the collection was the relics kept in the local House of Antiquities. Also many objects of art were received during nationalization of local noblemen's estates. The House of the Noble Assembly is one of the oldest historical buildings in Tula. It is famous for its column hall with stunning acoustics. In different years, the Emperor Nicholas II, writers and poets Leo Tolstoy, V. Mayakovsky, I. Turgenev have visited this place. Now the Noble Assembly belongs to the Tula Regional Philharmonic, it is a modern multicultural center. It hosts performances, concerts, exhibitions, literary and musical salons and excursions. The modern exhibition area of the Tula Historical and Architectural Museum was opened quite recently, in 2014. The first mention of the building where the museum is located dates back to 1799. One of the first owners of the house was a pharmacist K.A. Kraft. The exhibitions are devoted to modern art practices, urbanism, architectural graphics, urban photography. And among the crown of the birch tree standing in the yard every night a crescent lights up - an art object of L. Tishkov. The museum is open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday.

The shopping and business district of Likirka Loft is located on the territory of a former distillery. Cafes, showrooms, workshops are now open. Lectures, master classes and festive events are held here. Loft liqueur can be called one of the most fashionable places in Tula.
