Let's stop for lunch. The place is quite authentic: the interior is made in the style of Ukrainian farm: mills, stoves, thatched roofs and wooden fences. Luxurious roosters walk along the site, trout, sturgeon and ducks float in the pond.
Here in front of your eyes, specially for you, the chef will catch trout in the pond and cook it immediately. It is very delicious, especially when combined with the clean air and forest atmosphere.

Stop for a while next to the beautiful monastery and take a look at the azure temple, whose exterior combines classic motifs of Russian architecture with unusual forms clearly inspired by local nature.

We continue to get acquainted with the magnificent nature of Sochi.
Psakho Canyon consists of two parts - Wet and Dry. The canyon is surrounded by a picturesque boxwood grove where you can make simply gorgeous photos. And if the weather allows, do not deny yourself the pleasure of bathing in the mountain river. In some places Psaho looks more like a pen, but in some parts of the river is quite deep.

Another canyon we will visit today is the White Rocks. There is a fee to enter the territory of the natural monument, you can leave your car near the barrier, and then walk along narrow paths among magnificent plants - yews and boxwoods.
Then there is a descent to the waterfall, the views are breathtaking, but be careful as there is a sharp drop just one metre from the path.
