Bisons, goats and fresh-baked cheese

Our first stop is the bison nursery in the village of Toksovo. We will get acquainted with the bison, of which there are 5: girls Manana and Madame, young men Beryozka, Mishka and Augustin. We'll get to know the details of the guys' lives, and maybe even feed them. We'll run to wave at the animals on the mini-farm and then go horseback riding or pony riding in the woods.
Important: it is better to book tours of the bison reserve and horse rides in advance by phone, listed on the official in group.
In addition to communicating with the bison and horseback riding, you can ride a snowmobile, buggy or quad bike here.
Be sure to bring cash with you; sometimes the terminals in the centre don't work.

First of all, let's visit an unusual exhibition of live owls. We assure you that no one will be left indifferent!
Afterwards, we will have lunch in a hunter's style restaurant. The menu features handmade pelmeni and dumplings, as well as barbecue dishes.
There is an owl museum on a separate veranda in the restaurant, where you can book a photo shoot with an owl.

We will learn how to milk goats, ferment milk, knead and mould cheese under the guidance of an experienced instructor. We'll take the cheeses we've made home, and on the farm we'll taste some locally produced cheese and meat delicacies.

We'll have dinner in an atmospheric Georgian restaurant, where they cook under the keen guidance of a Tbilisi-born chef. It's homely and, of course, delicious.
