"The Center of the Earth" and the "Starina Sibirskaya" Museum-Reserve

Okunevo village is often called the place of power and is compared to Baikal and Altai by its energetic power. Here, far away from civilization, people of all nationalities and confessions live - Orthodox Christians, pagans, Krishnaites, Buddhists. Someone even considers this village to be "hub of the Earth". In the first half of the day you can explore the sights of the village or take a hike to the fourth lake Shaitan, which will take several hours. You may finish the day in the ethno-complex "Starina Sibirskaya".

    Glade of Perun

Another "place of power", the Glade of Perun, is located in the forest, a couple of kilometres from the village. The glade has a perfect round shape. Some are sure that it is a site for spacecrafts. And Old Believers believe that the nature itself and the ancient gods allocated the place for ceremonies.

    Starokarasuk

If it's not too dark outside, pay a last visit to the old Siberian village of Starokarasuk. According to archival materials, it appeared in 1699 thanks to the efforts of exiles who had no right to return to their small motherland. In the village there are a lot of old huts, and the main attraction is the Mamontovs' majestic house, built over 200 years ago.
