Lebanese Marine and Wildlife Museum
On the road leading to Jeita-Grotto, in Keserwan, Lebanon lies a fantastic museum, one of the biggest of its kind in the Middle East, evident in the Guinness Book of Records for having extent collection of the extinct species, where you will see around 2,000 of the rare, engaged to extinct or already extinct species of wild animals and Marina mammals including exhibition sections of birds, mammals, reptiles, gems and minerals, seashells and marine life, like monk sea, angler fish or angular rough shark, taxidermy, mainly collected over the period of 30 years by Dr. Jamal Younes, the museum owner.
Look at the three museum word records in the form of the biggest cave with 4,500meter2 where exhibition is kept, and the largest: white shark,35 meters long and Phoenician boat with the length of 40 meters.
