Castle Jarafuel
The last of the castles on the Moorish route, on top of the village of Jarafuel. It is in the worst state of preservation, but it is worth a stop for the large mural.
This mural, attached to one of the remaining walls of the castle, is one of the 22 that make up the route of the murals referring to the expulsion of the Moors. In particular, it represents the armed rebellion of the Moors and their resistance in the valley of Muela de Cortes.
After visiting the mural, it is a ten-minute walk back to the parking for the last stop on the route.
