NSG Rabenstein
One of the very best things about this walk is that it is not too well known. Unlike many of the other local routes which become very touristy, especially in summer, this 6.8 km loop is generally very quiet and peaceful — it's unlikely you will encounter anyone else while walking!
Before having a walk, visit the official website for a more detailed map of the route.

Eisenhardt Castle
A building has stood on this site for over 1000 years and has been extended immensely over that time.
The castle was destroyed by Swedish troops in 1636 and has since been renovated, with most of the work taking place at the end of the 17th century.
Several people of note are known to have stayed at the castle, with perhaps the most notable being the Russian Tsar, Peter the First.
The castle contains a museum & library.
