Since its opening at LACMA in February 2008, Urban Light has been unofficially called a symbol of the Los Angeles and is indeed the most popular work on campus. An installation consisting of 202 historic street lamps of the 1920s – 1930s, originally distributed throughout Southern California, was a gift from the Gordon Family Foundation.   In honor of the 10th anniversary of the sculpture, in 2018, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation sponsored the replacement of all 309 incandescent bulbs with LEDs, saving about 90% of electricity for LACMA and reducing greenhouse gases and other harmful pollutants.

Faith & Flower is a modern Los Angeles restaurant located at the WaterMarke Tower. The restaurant owes its name to the two main periods of the American Renaissance era - the 1920s and modern times, which have basically formed the community of Los Angeles. "Flower" refers to the street where the restaurant is located today, and "Faith" refers to the name of the street in the early 1920s.
The decorative elements developed by AvroKODesign reflect the intersection of modernity and antiquity, including such elements as a partition consisting of doors assembled in the 1920s, a large-scale wall in the form of handmade sun rays and a picture made by the famous street artist Robert Vargas.
