    • Explore the Brijun archipelago.
On this two-day trip in the Istrian Peninsula, you will discover the city of Rovinj, a city whose roots are linked to the Italian history and culture, and that still hosts a big Italian community. In Rovinj you will explore the city center with its historical monuments and churches, like the Balbi's Arch and Saint Eufemia Church, and admire the beautiful beach of Balota, a gem right in the heart of the city, which offers a view on the front Katarina Island.
But it's not just about the center because just a few minutes south by car you can find the extremity of Zlatni Rt, a natural reserve which hosts a wide flora heritage and several wild beaches. You can also try to see the dolphins, which populate the Adriatic Sea, by going on a boat tour around the area.
Leaving Rovinj and heading south toward Pula, the itinerary will take you to the Brijun archipelago, a group of 14 islands that offers a unique experience of relax, nature and luxury. The boat from Brijun will dock in Fazana, another lovely tiny gem to explore before heading back to Pula. The city has an interesting history regarding the local house architecture, and it is the "nest" of the tiniest street of the country, the Swallow street.
