We'll get to the marina. Here we'll buy tickets and go to the other side of the Peanut Fortress. The motor ships leave at 10 am. More detailed information can be found on site.

The fortress was built in XIV century. Since XVIII century the fortress of Oreshek was a political prison, and during the Great Patriotic War for 500 days held and did not allow the German invaders to cross the right bank of the Neva.
Here you can visit the reconstructed Old Prison building with several cells. Several towers have also been preserved: the Head, the Royal Tower, the Bell Tower, the Flag Tower, the Name Tower and the Golovkina.

We return by ship from the Peanut Fortress to the pier.

After a long excursion around the island it is necessary to recover your strength, so we will go straight to lunch in a small cafe "Pechka-lavochki", which serves traditional Russian cuisine. The interior of this place is very cozy and authentic. The average check here is about 500 rubles per person.

Let's go to the country yacht club on the shore of Lake Ladoga. The club has a restaurant, Finnish sauna, yacht and boat rental.
Sauna visits or boat hire must be booked in advance online.
Here you can also stay overnight: either in your room or in a spacious cottage with a fireplace.

Dinner can be served in the floating Porto Bar restaurant, which is located on the yacht club grounds. It serves Mediterranean and European cuisine. The place is very popular, so it is better to book a table in advance through site.
