Local natural beauties: grotto, cape and rock

In the morning we will have to go to the grocery store and buy food for the breakfast in the countryside. We'll leave the car here and go on foot.

Our path will start at the wild beach of Spider, but we will not stop here for long, and we will go along the coast.
The road will be rocky, so athletic shoes are highly recommended.

Cape Kadosh is a sparsely populated place with crystal clear water. This is where we will have an early picnic!
The cape itself is included in the list of the main natural attractions of the Krasnodar region. There is also a reserve forest park of the same name. The nature on this territory has remained almost untouched, which attracts tourists here.

Here we have reached the main point of the route - the rock of Kiseleva. Here quite often boats full of tourists approach, but this does not spoil the view from the cliff at all.
The rock was named after the artist Alexander Kiselev. It was her artist captured in the painting "Kadosh Rocks". But previously it had another name - The Rock of Tears. This name is associated with the local legend of tragic love.
If you have a déjà vu that you have already seen this rock somewhere, you will be absolutely right. This particular rock was in the movie "The Diamond Arm".

Now it's back the same way through the rocky trails and the shore.

Let's get the car out of the parking lot and go to lunch!

We'll have lunch at a quiet dumpling shop in town and then drive on. They offer a large selection of dumplings with different fillings.

During the walk along the Volkonsky Gorge you can see the waterfall, which resembles the figure of a young girl, a grotto "Two Brothers", a mysterious dolmen and relict plant of the Caucasus - boxwood.

We advise to have dinner at the restaurant "At the End of the Earth". To get here you have to take a straight road to Sochi, but you won't regret it. From the veranda of this restaurant there is an incredible view of the mountains and the Shakhe River.
