On the way to Sergiev Posad we suggest you to stop by a unique place where you will meet friendly moose, spotted deer and wild boars. The animals are semi-free, but eagerly "communicate" with the park guests.
A visit to the moose biostation is possible by appointment only. Excursions take place every hour.

Do you want to know what children from different parts of our country played with, starting from the XI century? Sergiev Posad Museum stores about 800 Russian toys created by the hands of folk craftsmen. And, perhaps, you will find here toys from your own childhood?
In the "tsar's" hall you can see the collection of the Emperor Nicholas II's family. There are also toys from Western Europe and Asia from the late 18th and early 21st centuries, including clay dolls from China and Japanese turtle shell houses.
Opening hours: Museum opening hours Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, the box office closes half an hour earlier. Monday and Tuesday are weekends.
Fee of admission tickets: Adults - 250 rubles on weekdays, 300 rubles at weekends and on holidays.

Kelarskaya Naberezhnaya is a restaurant with a summer terrace and a picturesque view of the Kelarsky Pond. Located in the historical center near the Trinity-Sergius Lavra.
Opening hours:. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday the restaurant is open from 12:00 to 21:00. Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00.
Monday and Tuesday are days off.

One cannot ignore the most famous UNESCO site in the Moscow region - the Trinity Sergius Lavra. The monastery is closely connected to the history of our country: it was here that Peter the Great took the oath.
Look at the Trinity Cathedral, where the relics of Sergius of Radonezh, the Lavra's founder, are kept. About 40 icons in this temple are the works of Andrei Rublev and his disciples.

Although Gremyachii Klyuch is considered to be the largest waterfall of the Moscow region, it is actually 12 springs flowing from a steep slope of limestone rock. The water temperature in the spring is +4/+6 degrees all year round.
According to legend, the springs appeared due to the zealous prayer of Sergius of Radonezh, so Orthodox Christians consider this water to be healing. However, the picturesque surroundings do not only captivate the hearts of pilgrims. There is a special atmosphere of solitude around the waterfall.

A busy day is best completed by a leisurely stroll in the ancient town of Pereslavl-Zalessky, along the unique lake Pleshcheyevo with the clearest water.
The age of the picturesque reservoir of glacier-karst origin is estimated at 30 thousand years. The lake is equipped with a beach, in the warm season you can swim here or rent a boat.

Be sure to touch this amazing boulder near Lake Plescheyevo. The gray-blue stone has been preserved since the pagan Rus times, the first settlers considered it sacred and conducted many rituals here.

We recommend to drop in to this restaurant for dinner, its atmosphere is literally saturated with Russian spirit. In preparing the dishes the local chefs observe the traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.
