The Keltenschanze Scheyern is one of the most important structures to the Celtic people. This is an incredible ancient site with many remains and artifacts uncovered here and many more to be found with further excavation.
The site is made up of a square structure that has been eroded over time. This was a spiritually important place for the Celtics and many rituals are thought to be held here.

Baarer Weiher is a spectacularly beautiful and pristine place that invokes the feeling of simply being so lucky to experience such a beautiful part of nature. The way the water reflects and mirrors the surrounding landscapes is so incredibly beautiful, I think you will need a camera to remember this place, it's imprinted in the back of your mind forever.
With this so much nature in the surrounding areas the weir has because haven for many turtles, frogs, fish, and a variety of other animals to call this place home to thrive here. The Kreuztor was built in 1358 as a gateway to the city of Ingolstadt, it is an impressive tower made from terracotta bricks, strangely it gets its name from a leper colony. The incredible design and architectural aspects of this building are nothing less than impressive. The walls and gates were destroyed in 1538 when the Schmalkaldic War erupted in the region, and it took heavy damage.
Now all that remains is the impressive tower structure, with the original architecture intact and available to see. It's a miracle somehow it has survived the test of time. It can only be admired from the outside.

Klenze park was the original site for the Horticultural show. It is a beautiful place nestled on the south banks of the Danube. It allows visitors and locals alike to walk around and take brisk walks through this immaculate park, it is extensively maintained by the most talented of landscapers and gardeners that certainly mastered their craft!
Before it was the spectacular natural landscape it is today, it was originally part of the fortification of the town that kept the people safe from attack, known as the "Green Ring". Unfortunately, after its heroic life, it was used as a landfill and storage facility, until being reclaimed by the people and turning it to its former glory that stands before you today.

Welcome to St. Laurentius Wolnzach, a Roman Catholic Church that was most likely built upon the Siegertszell monastery site. As you walk around the building, you will notice there are no Roman Catholic markings on this building and there isn't any understood reason for this, which makes it quite a strange and unique church to visit.
The architecture of this building has a simplicity to it that you don't find in many other churches. Take one step closer to God as you admire this beautiful church and its surroundings.
