Architecture and Nature: From Sitges to Gava Passing by the Garraf Natural Park!

Put your shoes back on and head to the city center for a stroll in the beautiful old town of Sitges. Take a coffee and enjoy some sightseeing of the most wonderful architectural beauties of the cities. The center of this small city is filled with typical Spanish architectural wonders!

On this second day, you'll first head to the Sanctuari del Vinyet, a nice little church in the outskirts of Sitges. It's a quiet and typically Spanish place with small boats hanging from the beam. The perfect activity to begin the day.

For lunch, you'll head to the Clarés restaurant, one of the most lovely places to enjoy some simple Mediterranean food during the day.

The Güell colony is a workers' colony of the early twentieth century. It is considered one of the reference points for studying the architecture of Antoni Gaudí, and is also one of the most important modernists and touristic attractions of Catalonia. You'll visit the different buildings, passing by the school, the master's office, the parish house or the theater and the nun convent.
It's open all week long from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

The Church of Colònia Güell is an unfinished place of worship made by Antoni Gaudí for the people on the hillside of the Colònia Güell. Located five minutes away from the location you just visited, this crypt is a must-see of this region and a beautiful example of Güell incredible architectural creativity. You'll visit the inside of the church and enjoy the colorful lights coming through the stained-glass, you'll walk around the building passing under the incredible arches and the architectural details.
It's open all week long from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

While heading back to Barcelona, you'll stop in the incredibly beautiful setting of Garraf natural park. Walk in this most typical Mediterranean natural setting, you'll enjoy a constant view of the sea, while being surrounded by a mineral and dry land.

Before coming back on the road along the coast, you'll enjoy ones of the most incredible views of the seaside from those few viewpoints!
