The photo hunt begins

Peredelkino is rightfully considered to be a haven for creators of the first half of the 20th century. It is believed that Maksim Gorky was the initiator of creation of the country writer's residence. The dacha village houses the museums of Boris Pasternak, Korney Chukovsky, Yevgeny Yevtushenko and Bulat Okudzhava. But the main goal of today's visit is the renovated House of Writers. It is a cozy art space, which combines laconicism of modern architecture and "lameness" of Soviet interior details. Amateur photography is allowed, if you are going to use professional equipment, it is necessary to arrange a photo session in advance by writing to direct.

Another poetic place. Vyazemi estate belonged to the Golitsyn family, but it became famous thanks to the name of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. It was here, at the ball, that the poet saw his future wife for the first time.

Please note that the Manor House is closed to visitors on Mondays and Tuesdays. The homestead park is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00.

It's worth making a short stop for lunch before you go any farther. Stop by Cafe "Frenchman". Nice bright interiors, quality service, a decent choice of dishes on the menu.
And a pleasant bonus for gourmets: the cheese shop, where you can buy the tastiest ecoproduct, is open at the cafe.

The main manor building is in a state of ruins, however, in some places on the facade there are preserved ancient bas-reliefs. Walking among the trees, you can find pedestals, ancient sculptures, alas, have not survived. The best preserved outhouses have survived to our time.
Not far from the estate is a restored church, it was built in 1756 by the architect M. Kazakov.

A beautiful wooden church with atypical for Moscow region architecture. You would rather expect to find something like this in Karelia than in the vicinity of the capital. Next to the temple there is a refectory and a Sunday school building, decorated with fine wooden carvings. Surprisingly, this sample of wooden architecture was erected relatively recently - in the late 1990s.

And the end of this mini-voyage will be a dinner at the oriental cuisine restaurant "Nash Barash". The facility's interior is a work of art in its own right, with many original and very unusual details. The same can be said about the menu.
