Discover Beautiful Beaches Around Elba Island

Start the morning by getting lost in the streets of Porto Azzurro. The beautiful port town has so much Spanish influence that you'll second guess what island you are on. These staircases are a great starting point to explore everything the city has to offer. Grab a cup of coffee and hit the shops.

One of my personal favorite hikes on the island because of the fresh smell of rosemary along the entire trail. The trail starts quite easily and showcases the natural beauty along the waterfront. You can walk the trail all the way to Spiaggia de Fonza, which will take about an hour and has some challenging parts, or just return whenever you are starting to feel hungry.

Enjoy the view of the entire Marina di Campo bay at this beautiful spot. The food is great and the service is warm and friendly. Choosing any fish dish is a safe bet.

Relax walking along the beach or take a cat nap before exploring the rest of the island. Being the largest beach on the island, you'll be able to find free spots to lay down a towel or have the choice to rent an umbrella and chairs by the hour.

A small oceanside bar looking at the Chiessi beach is perfect for aperitifs and snacks. Have a quick chat with the owner, he is always interested in meeting guests and making sure they feel welcomed.

This might be the best place to watch the sunset on the Island. Take a dip in the waters are calm or just admire the view. Towards the left of this natural swimming pool, you can see some caves. You have the options to rent a paddle boat if you like to explore or just see them from the distance.

Saving one of the best restaurants on the island for last. This place has breathtaking views and a spectacular menu that won't disappoint. The scallops as a starter are a must and make sure you ask what the fresh fish is of the day. The staff are welcoming and love giving recommendations. Everything is packed with flavor and won't disappoint

It's important to be right next to the port so that the next day, you are ready to leave the island and prepare for your return to Verona. This place is perfectly located within the port and gives you a great panoramic view. The space is welcoming and cozy.
