Follow the signs for the ferry to Portoferraio on Elba Island. It's important to buy your round-trip tickets in advance and arrive at port 1 hour before your departure time. The duration of the trip depends on what ferry you choose; 1 hour, 40 minutes, or 30 minutes. The average price for two people with a medium size vehicle is approximately 70-80 Euros.
