Kolomna, a snail farm and a Provence-style chalet

Let's start our day with acquaintance with the wonderful ancient city of Kolomna. Kolomna Kremlin is a reduced exact copy of the Moscow Kremlin, everyone should see it!

On the territory of the Kremlin we will walk through the cathedral square where you can enjoy the greatness of the famous churches and cathedrals: Assumption Cathedral, Tikhvin Church, Church of the Exaltation of the Cross and the Aerial Church of Novo-Golutvin Monastery.

On the opposite bank of the river is the Bobren Monastery. There are very few tourists there, and for good reason - it is the oldest monastery of the Moscow region. I strongly advise you to stop and take pictures just from the side of the monastery: the most beautiful views of the ancient Kolomna open up from there, because the monastery stands on a hill and from there the whole city as on a palm!

After a dive into the history of our country, we go to an agro-farm. Did you know that snails are grown here? Now you can not only see the snail kingdom, but also taste them: a snail master class with a glass of champagne. Also on the farm unique goats of Saanen breed are bred, from the milk of which an extraordinary cheese is prepared - you will also be shown a master class on cheese-making! The visit will end with a lunch, which will be cooked on an open fire, and tea from a samovar with herbs.
Restrictions due to the November COVID-19 lockdown: Visiting the Eco Village is only possible with a valid QR code. In addition, the bathhouses are temporarily closed and restaurants and cafés are open for take-away.

To complete the day with maximum immersion in French Provence - let's go to a castle! We have a replica of one of the Loire or Provence castles in the Moscow region! Everything, from the interior to the nature speaks of tranquillity and silence.
We will dine in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy fresh farm products. The restaurant cooks from its own produce. I suggest you try: original salad "Grouse's Nest", chicken Tabaka, cranberry morsel and freshly baked bread.
