Welcome to Calatayud! You are going to start your visit in Puerta de Soria neighbor, the older one, which is originated from the Arabs times. It begins at Ayub Castle and continues till the modern area of Calatayud.
The wall is from the 11th century and one of the entrance is this gate that gives name to the neighbor.

The sweet tooth will be astonished with this patisserie full of delicatessen. It is one of the oldest in Spain: six generations of pastry chefs! When it opens in 1874, Manuel Segura, the owner and chef, used to sell their homemade chocolate and candies with his donkey, going to the closer village.
