Bio Nature Wellness & Wine - Apulia Tour

Week Tour - 5 day, 4 night stay in 2 different locations, 5 places - Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Fasano, Martina Franca, Aberobello - to explore through the Apulian Region and 2 wineries to visit
From the coast to the hinterland, you will enjoy your journey in Apulia, tasting great wine and delicious dishes from the local tradition, discovering the nature around you and wonderful landscapes. The first two days you will live surrounded by unspoiled nature: your first accommodation will be the farmhouse il Melograno, located just a few kilometers from the center of the seaside town of Monopoli. You will have diverse experiences, such as an hour with a professional dancer learning the traditional Apulian Pizzica or Tarantella dance; enjoy a workout session with a professional Personal Trainer who will tailor a program perfect for you. Be guided by a mindfulness coach and the expertise of a Tibetan singing bowl. Enjoy a refreshing cycling tour taking in the colours, the silence and the beauty of the Apulian landscape. In your second accommodation facility Masseria Salamina located a few kilometers from Fasano, you will enjoy experiences such as olive oil tasting, Apulian wine tasting, a cooking workshop and hiking excursions through the Regional Park of the Coastal Dunes. You will also visit 2 local wineries and taste Apulian culinary specialties.
