Getting to know Vyazma

The morning begins with an invigorating coffee and delicious pastries at this cozy establishment that is famous for its unusual dessert service.

The main highlight and pride of the Predtechev Monastery is the three-tower Odigitrievskaya Church, the only three churches of this type left in Russia - in Vyazma, Putinki near Moscow, and Uglich. The monastery itself was founded in 1536 by the Venerable Gerasim of Boldino.

The museum was opened November 5, 1970, thanks to the efforts of local history teachers Panteleimon Mikhailovich Zaporin and Stepan Ilyich Borisov.
Here are the rarest exhibits, which will help you learn the history of the city from beginning to end. The exhibition space of the Vyazma Regional History Museum consists of eight halls and covers the historical period from ancient times to the mid-20th century.
Working hours: Tuesday - Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday off

For lunch we go to the Georgian cuisine cafe "Soyuz". Please note: the cafe is closed on Mondays.

This monument is not a model, but a real aircraft, on which twice Hero of the Soviet Union cosmonaut Svetlana Savitskaya underwent flight training.
