The museum opened in 2013, its creator, Tatiana Feina, wanted to revive the fashion for Russian cuisine, especially desserts. She succeeded, and the museum is popular with tourists and locals alike. After visiting the museums, I suggest escaping for a while from the bustle of the city to a very picturesque place, where the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery is located. It was founded in 1398 by a disciple of St. Sergius of Radonezh. There is an interesting legend about this place. In 1812, the French did not ravage the monastery because Prince Eugene de Beauharnais, the general of the troops, had a dream in which the Venerable Savva himself appeared and promised that he would return to his fatherland in one piece if he spared the monastery.
On the territory of the monastery there is a historical and architectural and art museum, which will familiarize you in detail with the history of Zvenigorod and its surroundings.
