    Frauenkirche Dresden

    Built between 1726 and 1743, The Frauenkirche is considered to be one of the largest sandstone buildings anywhere in the world and has the largest church dome north of the Alps.
    Partially destroyed in WW2, the church has since been reconstructed and now houses an exhibition depicting the destruction of the church and later efforts to rebuild it.
