Snowdon
With a long walk ahead of you, it's time to begin the journey to the summit of Snowdon! From the village of Llanberis, you can take the Llanberis Path route which is often cited as the easiest hiking route to get to the top of Mount Snowdon.
The route is approximately 14.5km round-trip and will take around 7 hours to complete the return journey. Allow yourself extra time with plenty of rest stops if you need it.
Once you're at the summit, spend an hour or so marvelling at the breathtaking views from the highest peak in Wales and enjoy plenty of snacks and refreshments that you purchased from the local supermarket earlier in the day.
Note, the walking time that the route has provided isn't quite accurate - you can expect to take around 3 and a half hours each way to hike up and down the mountain.

Upstairs At The Grill
From the car park, it's just a short 10-minute walk (which will be nothing compared to your extensive hike to the top of Mount Snowdon earlier in the day!) to Upstairs At The Grill where you'll be dining for the evening.
After an incredibly strenuous day of hiking, you'll have likely worked up quite the appetite, so it's time to treat yourself to the delights of the menu. Indulge in starters such as rich French onion soup and ham hock terrine, main courses such as a classic sirloin or go for something more extravagant such as the Porterhouse or New York Strip steak.
If you've still got room for pudding, choose from desserts such as sticky toffee pudding and crème brulée.
The restaurant only opened in 2022 so it's advisable to book a table ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.
