Game of Thrones fans, rejoice!
Regardless of your thoughts on Bullfighting, you're here to view the Fighting Pits of Danzak in Meereen, as this bullring was the film setting for such a scene in Season 5, episodes 9 and 10. These scenes, shot over 17 days days in October 2014, featured over 550 stuntmen and women (including extras) and was one of the most expensive in television history.
Can you imagine a giant dragon flying in and Kaleeshi flying out? Sadly, the giant dragon is no longer on display due to vandalism and rough play.
It's a quick visit, you don't need a long time but it's pretty cool!
Opening Hours Saturday and Sunday only 10:00 - 14:00
Always a good idea to phone ahead: +34 954 81 57 32

You're all set for a great stay and best of all, you're directly on the trail to start your bike ride tomorrow morning on the Via Verde!
Note Dinner/breakfast items as well as snacks for your bike ride tomorrow can be bought later in town for meals in your apartment or you can have dinner at the suggested restaurant in town.
Breakfast IS available at the train station cafe next door but they don't open early and the service can be a bit slow if you're itching to get on the bike trail.
