Day 1

French History in Reims and Verdun
The itinerary of the first day is a beautiful and evocative trip to Reims and Verdun, two cities rich in history and UNESCO world heritage.
In Reims, you will discover the most important religious and historical building of France, the Reims Cathedral, home of the French King's coronation. Next, you will stop in Tau Palace and Place Royale.
After Reims, the route continues to Verdun, to discover its Underground Citadel, strategic point during the World War I, and as well as the Cathedral and Chausée Gate, one of the entrance of the old fortified city.
The end of the day finishes in Luxembourg, that will welcome you with a lovely dinner and night, while waiting for the next day visits.

Between Ancient and Modern in Luxembourg and Metz
The second day starts by exploring the city of Luxembourg, visiting the first the ancient part of the city with its underground passages, the Pétrusse Casemates, the Cathedral and the impressive Viaduct.
And following the modern neighborhood of Kirchberg, to see the majestic white architecture of the Philarmonic Orchestra.
Crossing the boarder with France again, the route will lead you to Metz, another important city for its ancient history as a fortress and also for the second branch of the famous Art Centre Pompidou.

Day 3

A Day in Strasbourg
This third day of the route will bring you to the lovely city of Strasbourg, also called the Petite France, because of its ancient and picturesque neighborhood on the river Ill.
But before that, you'll make a stop to the Château de Haute Barr, a medieval structure in the department of the Bas-Rhin.
In Strasbourg, you will visit the main catholic center, the Cathédrale de Notre Dame de Strasbourg, after the stopping by the near Palais du Rohan and to end the day, you will explore the area of the Petite France, with its covered bridges and tiny blossomed canals.

Traveling Around Rhine and Marne Regions
This last day of the trip is unfolding around the Rhine and Marne areas. Visiting first the highest artificial gauge of France in Réchicourt-le-Chateau, following the itinerary with the UNESCO world heritage most important squares in Nancy.
Approaching the Marne region, you will stop in the archaeological sites of Les Crassées in Saint Dizier, with a 2000 years old history and ruins, to proceed to Epernay, the heart of the Champagne production and wine yards valleys.
The last stop, before heading back to Paris, is Chateau-Thierry, with its majestic memorial monuments to the USA troops of the World War I.
