Immersion in the Magical Silence of King’s Lake
After waking up on the morning of the second day and enjoying a truly excellent breakfast at the hotel, within 30 minutes you can immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the lush greenery of the fabulous Berchtesgaden National Park. Then, sail through the Königssee lake on a silent electric boat to the sound of the trumpet echoing off sheer cliffs. On the way back to Munich, it is worth making a stop at the Wallbergbahn mountain, walking along the hiking trails which spread out from the cable car at the top, and enjoying the view of the Tegernsee.

Collect your boat tickets at the Ticket Office and prepare to immerse yourself in the magic of beauty.
Lake Königssee, formed during the last ice age due to the melting of glaciers, is situated within the Berchtesgaden National Park. Emerald, with crystal clear water, the lake is surrounded by mighty mountains and magnificent alpine landscapes.
Owing to its location amongst steep cliffs, Lake Königssee has special acoustics - a clear and repeatedly echo. In absolute silence, on an electric boat that silently cuts through the water, you can experience all the magic of this place, listening to the echo of the melody that the captain plays on the trumpet.
You can make a stopover by boat at St. Bartholoma on the outward journey or on the return journey and then continue later. In any case, one should not forget the last opportunity to return.
