Stone Age Encampment at Gjerrebogen is a place where the evidence of human presence from around 4500 BC has been found. The area is located on a small peninsula, and was used as a campsite during the summer months.
This site includes several hearths, pits, and post holes, as well as a number of flint tools and arrowheads.

Brevik Kro & Pizza is a lovely little spot with good food and an excellent location right by the water. The menu offers both Norwegian and Italian dishes, and the pizzas are especially noteworthy.

Emmerstadbukta Badeplass is a small and charming beach. The beach is situated in a beautiful bay surrounded by forests, and is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking on warm summer days.

Gallionsfigurer fra Olsen-rederiets bater - Hvitsten is a fascinating place. The white statue is a popular landmark that can be seen from many places in the city.
It was erected honoring the shipowner, captain and merchant Thorvald Olsen (1816-1896), who founded the shipping company "Th. Olsen & Co." in 1856.

Lotus House Restaurant in Ski is a must-go. The owners are a lovely couple who will make you feel right at home, and the food is absolutely amazing.

Fiskevollen Footbridge is the world's longest suspension footbridge. It spans the valley between Vesterøya and Ørje, and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
