Kayaking through the Famous Geiranger Fjord

On the way you'll make a few stops to take in the local surroundings like the Sylte church in Valldal and the views from the Eagle Road. You'll spend the night in a cosy chalet in Førde.

    Aksla Viewpoint, Alesund

It's surprising to think that Ålesund was once destroyed in a fire. Then again, that's probably why it's second coming as an art deco masterpiece has placed it firmly in the books as "Norway's Prettiest Town". Climb the 418 steps to the top (or drive instead, there's parking at the top) and take in the spectacular view of the colourful houses and coast.
